Who looks after your information

What we collect, and how

This website does not store anything you type into its forms. When you ask for our free guide or apply for a place, your own email app opens with a message to us. We only receive your details if you choose to send that email. This usually includes:

• your name and email address;
• your phone number, if you give it;
• your answers about how and when you'd like to buy.

Why we use it

We use your details to send you the guide you asked for, to reply to your application, and to talk to you about finding a property. We use them because you've asked us to, or because we need them to take steps towards working together.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. If you become a client, we may share relevant details with people involved in your purchase, such as your solicitor, mortgage broker or letting agent, and only with your agreement.

Cookies and tracking

This website doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. It loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers to fetch them.

How long we keep it

We keep your details only for as long as we need them for the reasons above, or as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Just email us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
